ASA/ABS composite board is made by compounding ASA (acrylic styrene acrylonitrile copolymer) with ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer) through co extrusion and other processes. It usually uses ASA as the surface layer and ABS as the substrate, combining the weather resistance of ASA with the strength and toughness of ABS. Excellent weather resistance and anti-aging performance
UV resistance and weather resistance: ASA does not contain double bonds, and its weather resistance is about 10 times that of pure ABS. The xenon lamp aging test can reach more than 5000 hours, and it is not easily yellowed, brittle, or dull after long-term outdoor exposure. After 5 years of outdoor use, the surface glossiness retention rate can still reach about 85%, which is 30% higher than pure ABS.
Long term appearance stability: ASA's molecular structure enables it to resist UV radiation, oxidation, and moisture erosion, with excellent color stability. It is not easy to fade after long-term use and can maintain product appearance consistency.
High and low temperature resistance: Combining the low temperature impact resistance of ABS with the heat resistance of ASA, it can maintain stable performance in a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to 80 ℃ and adapt to different climatic environments.

Moisture resistance and electrical insulation: Good moisture resistance, not easily affected by humid environments, and also has excellent electrical insulation performance, which can be used in fields such as electrical enclosures.
